Cancellation Policy

ClydeStan LLC will hold the customer liable for no more than any reasonable costs already incurred up to the time of cancellation. All cancelled jobs will be invoiced if a charge is made making it clear to the customer what the cost is for.

ClydeStan LLC have a duty to act responsibly with the interests of the customer in mind and work to keep all costs to the customer as low as possible. 

If a customer makes a cancellation of any works or orders:

1. Before work has started no charge will be made to that customer.

2. Once work has started:

Costs may include labour for work already completed plus the cost of services ordered or obtained which cannot be cancelled, returned or resold.

After Sales Policy

1. We will respond promptly and effectively to any enquiries from customers relating to work previously carried out.

2. We will investigate and rectify queries or problems associated with the original service, wherever possible at no cost.

3. In the case of vulnerable or disadvantaged customers, demonstrate the highest level of patience, understanding, care and helpfulness to ensure that the customer has access to and is able to make a balanced and informed choice.

4. Prior to any work ensure that the customer fully understands and agrees to the service and work which is to be carried out.

5. Prior to the commencement of any additional work, discuss and agree with the customer any charges which have become apparent.

Seek at all times to minimise any additional charges and ensure these charges are proportional to the original service that was provided.
